VENDOR VILLAGE OPPORTUNITY
We aim for the Vendor Village will be a high-traffic, central feature of the event, offering businesses the opportunity to connect directly with attendees while contributing to a meaningful cause.
Participation is open to a wide variety of vendors, including retail, services, crafts, and promotional brands.
VENDOR PACKAGE DETAILS
• Space Allocation: One (1) 10’ x 10’ (100 sq ft) vendor space
• Fee: $200 per 100 sq ft space
• Use: Display, promotion, and direct sales are not only permitted but encouraged
• Exposure: Access to a large, community-driven audience
Additional space may be requested based on availability.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

Vendor fees are considered a donation and will be included as part of the proceeds benefiting Williamson County Deputies Foundation

Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup, including tents, tables, chairs, and power (if needed).

Setup starts at 8am and breakdown can begin as early as 7pm, crowd provided.

All displays must remain within the assigned footprint.

Vendors must comply with all local regulations and permitting requirements (if applicable).
